Return Policy

Q: Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns EXCEPT the following items:
PARTY WEARS, ACCESSORIES, PURSES, BELTS, UNDERGARMENTS AND ITEMS THAT ARE MARKED AS SALE.

Please return items in their original condition.

They must NOT be worn or washed; and tags must remain attached.

Q: If my shoes do not fit, can I return them?

Yes. Shoes must be back in their original box. The box is part of the product, which should also be in a good condition upon returns.

We will NOT accept items that have the slightest deodorant stain, makeup stain or odor.
If the returned item does not pass our inspection, we will send it back to you and apply another shipping fee.

Q: Do you accept exchanges?

We NO LONGER process exchanges.

Q: Do I have to process my return by a certain date?

Items can now ONLY be refunded within 21 days after the receipt of your package.

Q: Will I need to return the invoice along with the items?

Complete and detach the return slip from the bottom of the invoice.

Q: How much is the fee for using the included return label?

There is a $6 fee if you use our UPS Return Service Label.

Q: Can I exchange my item at one of your retail locations instead of sending it back?

Yes, Retail store exchanges (not refunds) will be allowed upon phone request through our corporate office.

Q: How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned package and another 3-5 business days to process the exchange/refund request.
