Hottie Online Shopping Policy
*Policy modified as of 10/12/12 (Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.)

1. PROCESSING POLICY

* If you did not receive an email confirmation after you placed the order,
it means that the order was not completed and it is not our responsibility to follow up with these incomplete orders.

* Processing period may take 1-2 business days. However, in case we have to reorder products that are out-of-stock, processing time may take up to 5 business days.

* To estimate your package arrival date, add 2 days to your selected shipping method just to be safe.

* Orders placed before 12P.M. will be processed on the same day and after 12P.M. may be processed on the following day.

* Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed on the following Monday.

* Processing may include phone/email contact regarding possible order issues, such as out-of-stock item(s), shipping problems, etc.

* Any late responses to us will result in the delay of shipping your order.

* Please note that if you provide different names and addresses for billing and shipping, we will contact you for verification and require a copy of your I.D. and the credit card that you have used to place the order.

* For security purposes, we reserve the right to cancel fraud-suspected orders without notification.

* If you refuse to cooperate with our fraud protection policy, your order will be cancelled immediately.

* We offer gift wrapping for all items EXCEPT shoes or any other large sized items of equivalent.

*Shipping period will immediately follow the processing period.
2. RETURN POLICY

* PARTY WEARS, ACCESSORIES, PURSES, BELTS, UNDERGARMENTS, BODYSUITS AND ITEMS THAT ARE MARKED AS SALE ARE CONSIDERED NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS.

*Shipping fees are non-refundable.

* Please return items in their original condition.

* They must NOT be worn or washed with tags remain attached.

* Shoes must be back in their original box. The box is part of the product which should also be in a good condition upon returns.

* We will NOT accept items that have the slightest deodorant stain, makeup stain or odor. If the returned item does not pass our inspection, we will send it back to you and apply another shipping fee.

* We ONLY exchange items for different sizes upon phone request and based on inventory availability.

* Other return reasons are to be refunded within 21 days after the receipt of your package.

* Complete and detach the return slip from the bottom of the invoice.

* There is a $6 fee if you use our UPS Return Service Label.

* Retail store exchanges (not refunds) will be allowed upon phone request through our corporate office.

* Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive the returned package and another 3-5 business days to process the exchange/refund request.

3. PAYPAL PAYMENT METHOD

* Make sure you have enough funds in your PayPal account before placing an order or your transaction will not be accepted and no email confirmation will be issued.

* We do not accept E-Checks. We will cancel any order with an attempt of using E-checks.

4. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

* We have a very fast inventory turnover. Our products are sold very quickly while new items arrive.
Please understand that the item you ordered is not guaranteed it is available. For 100% assurance, we advise that you contact us.

* You will be notified for out-of-stock item(s); incase you want an alternate size/color or a completely different item.

* We will proceed with a refund if you do not want a replacement (even without your responses).

5. ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

* A restocking fee of 15% will apply to cancel an order.

* For domestic customers, if you cancel after the order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for the package interception fee.
Refunds will be issued once the package arrives back to us.

* If you wish to make changes to your delivery information (i.e. shipping address) while the package is in transit, there will be a $20 fee for UPS to modify the request.

6. WHAT IS REWARD POINTS RESTRICTIONS ?
  • Restrictions:
  • Reward points can only be used through one account.
  • Points cannot be shared/ gifted
  • Each person may register ONCE through our site.
  • The maximum points that can be used is $50 (500 points) per purchase.
  • Reward points cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
  • Reward points can only be applied to merchandise only.
  • Shipping costs are excluded from the reward points.

 

Hottie Shipping Policy

1. DOMESTIC

* We use UPS as our shipping carrier for the U.S destinations (all 50 states not including U.S territories); therefore, we do not accept P.O. Box addresses.

* You may choose from Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air (overnight delivery). 

* We do NOT deliver to any local UPS location near you. 

* If you prefer to receive your purchase by a certain date, please leave us a short message in the comment box at time of checkout. We will contact you if a shipping upgrade is necessary. 

* For an estimate arrival date and shipping suggestions, please contact us.

* Some UPS drivers will drop off the package at the Front Door if no one is present to retrieve it. Please notify us if you prefer to leave the package at a specific area around (backyard) or near your home (apartment office). For signature required delivery there will be an additional $3.50 charge to your shipping fee. 

* For lost packages, we recommend that you immediately check around your property carefully before you notify us.
Please understand it is not our responsibility when a package is lost. We will do our best to help you trace the package through UPS. 

* If you prefer to pick up your order at one of our Las Vegas retail stores, please provide a valid photo I.D. that matches the billing address and sign a confirmation form. 

UPS GROUND

* This shipping method is strictly $7 and may take up to 7 business days, depending on the distance from Las Vegas, NV. 

* This option is ONLY available within the Continental U.S (not including Hawaii & Alaska). 

* Orders placed after Thursday 12P.M. may not be shipped until the following Monday (considering the processing period may take up to 2 business days).

3-DAY SELECT, 2ND DAY AIR and NEXT DAY AIR

* We will try our best to ship these rushed orders as soon as possible depending on the time of the day you placed the order.

* Shipping rates can be determined at the checkout page, which will reflect on the weight of the package and the distance from Las Vegas, NV.

* Helpful tip: it is not necessary to choose any of these rushed shipping methods because states bordering Nevada usually take 1-2 business days to ship. 

* These shipping options still require up to 2 business days of processing time. 

ALASKA & HAWAII

* UPS standard shipping method is $27, delivered within 4 days. 

* The fastest shipping method is 2nd Day Air valid only for certain areas and larger packages may require an additional shipping charge.

2. INTERNATIONAL

* We have switched our international carrier to UPS for faster delivery. 

* You can determine an estimated shipping rate at the checkout page once you enter your address.

* We will ONLY accept PayPal as the payment method for all international orders. Visit paypal.com to make an account.

* Larger packages, duties/taxes or other custom fees may be subjected to additional charges to you. 

* Package delivery is now 5-7 business days depending on custom inspection in your country. 

* Our only option to contact international orders is via EMAIL regarding any order issues; so please cooperate by responding to us as soon as possible. 

* Once the order has been shipped out and you wish to modify/cancel the order, there will an interception fee to have your package return to us.

* It is at your own expense to ship back item(s) that you wish to return; including insurance/guaranteed delivery fee of your choice.

* Gift wrapping does not apply to international orders.

* If possible, please email us for return approval.

For any reason that you did not select an appropriate shipping method at the time of checkout or an incorrect shipping method was selected, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If you do not respond within the next 24 hours, we will charge the appropriate amount to ship out the order.

3. APO

* We use United States Postal Service (USPS) ONLY for APO destinations.

* Flat rate shipping is $7, but please expect for additional charges for larger packages or faster shipping.

* Package delivery may take 7-14 business days.

* Our only option to contact you is via EMAIL regarding any order issues; so please cooperate by responding to us as soon as possible.

* Once the order has been shipped out, we have no control to intercept the package from delivering it to you; therefore, we cannot cancel any USPS packages. * We will try our best to email you the tracking number after we ship out your order.

* It is at your own expense to ship back item(s) that you wish to return; including insurance/guaranteed delivery fee of your choice.

* If possible, please email us for return approval.

4. FREE GROUND SHIPPING

* Orders over $75 are qualified for free UPS Ground shipping ONLY. 

* Any refunds from the Free Ground shipping orders may be disqualified for the original Free Shipping when the new total is under $75.
This new total is defined as the amount after a refund. If this new total is no longer at the minimum of $75, then the original $7 Ground shipping fee will be charged.

5. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

* A restocking fee of 15% will apply on all refused packages (orders that were delivered but you no longer want). 

* There will also be a $6 return shipping fee for all refused or undeliverable packages but may vary for international order.

* In order to reship these packages, there will be a repeated shipping fee from the original order.
